インバウンドと日本人女性にとても人気の場所に位置しています。３名のグループ旅行から９名まで受け入れることができるように計画しました。行政との打ち合わせをしっかりと行い、建築基準法上の用途変更は、不要でしたが避難や防災、衛生の基準を全てクリアしました。
It's located in a place very popular with inbound visitors and Japanese women. We planned it to accommodate groups from three up to nine people. We had thorough meetings with the authorities, and although a change of use under the Building Standards Act wasn't necessary, we met all the standards for evacuation, disaster prevention, and hygiene.
